Hello Crafty Friends, it's release day over at Rachelle Anne Miller Creative Studios. This month we are celebrating Christmas in July. Today's card features one of the new images called "Christmas Noel" from the new collection.
After colouring my image I masked & blended the background with ink and added some white opaque splatters. I then placed the frame onto cardstock with foam for dimension & built a 5x7 base.
