Ark Bundle

Hello Crafty Friends, I am back today with some D.T. inspiration for the Paper Nest Dolls. 

Today I have created a new baby card using one of the 2022 releases called Ark Bundle.

This cute bundle consists of 5 stamps. I have used the Ark image & placed Noah, the Sheep & Lion on top.  You can combine the images as I did or use the images on their own. You could also use this set to create a scene for a Christening/Baptism or Baby Birthday card just to name a few. I do have another theme in mind, which I will share with you at a later date.

Animal Valentines Cat

  Hello Crafty Friends, I have another card to share with you today from the new "Animal Valentines" release at  Rachelle Anne Miller Creative Studios. 
This time I have used the adorable Animal Valentines Cat image from the new collection.

 

I started with a simple 5x7" base then built up using some pretty cardstock. After colouring & fussy cutting my image I stuck it down with some foam for dimension. The sentiment below is from the same paper collection & I just trimmed it to size. I added a few enamel hearts to embellish & that's it!

Emma's Sweet Friend

 Hello Crafty Friends, I am back today with some D.T. inspiration for the Paper Nest Dolls. 

 

It is Summer in the Southern Hemisphere. Although it hasn't been too much of a hot one like past years with wet & sometimes cold weather, I still probably ate too much ice-cream. This brings me to today's card using the sweet PND image called Emma's Sweet Friend.

I created my card on a 5"x7" base. I then cut the polaroid frame with my Silhouette cutting machine & stuck my image behind.

Animal Valentines Bear

  Happy New Year Crafty Friends! 

For my first post this year I am sharing the new Valentine's Day release over at  RAM Stamps.

For my card today I have used the image Animal Valentines Bear from the new collection.

If you grew up in the 80's you would remember a cartoon on T.V called the Care Bears. One of my favourite Care Bears, "Love-A- Lot Bear", was my inspiration for my card.  I coloured my image with Copics & drew in the tiny hearts on his belly to look like a Care Bear. To make my card I created a base for my background on a piece of white cardstock measuring 4"x6" . I then glued an assortment of rainbow coloured die cuts to create my rainbow. I then glued some cloud shaped die cuts with some glued flat & others adding foam to create dimension. Next I added my cut out image with foam to also add dimension and my sentiment.  Lastly I embellished with some heart shaped sprinkles.

Christmas Kangaroos

 Hello crafty friends.

Well Christmas has certainly crept up already & we are only days away from the big day!

Today I am sharing my D.T inspiration from  RAM Stamps. For my image I have used Christmas Kangaroos for my Card.

I created a simple 5x7 base with some pretty Christmas paper on top. I chose the tartan colours as I wanted this to be a masculine card for a special young boy overseas. I then placed my coloured image onto a die cut frame & stuck it down using foam tape for dimension. I embellished lightly with the die cuts spelling "JOY" & some sequins.

Ice Princess

 Hello crafty friends, today I am back to share some D.T inspiration for the Paper Nest Dolls.

Today I am taking a break from Christmas cards as I had a special request from a little person who is turning 7 this month. She was having a Frozen theme birthday party so the image I have chosen to use is called Ice Princess.

If you have been following my work for a while you would know that I have used this adorable image in the past on a card with other Fairytale Princesses, (you will find the original post here), & on a Snowdome project, (for the original post here).

I started with a 6x6 base and put down some glitter cardstock. I then place an embossed sheet of white brushed cardstock. You would have seen this in my last post. I finished off my Winter theme with a shaker on my card. Lastly I glued some flowers to embellish & placed my image on top of some foam squares.

Snowman Globe

Hello crafty friends, there is a new Christmas release this month at  Rachelle Anne Miller Creative Studios. The image I am using on my card todays is called Snowman Globe.

To create my card, I embossed some brushed white cardstock using a snowflake embossing folder. If you have never used this cardstock before I highly recommend it, especially for embossing folders. The pattern shimmers & pops. I layered the embossed piece onto 5x7 red cardstock.  After colouring & fussy cutting my image I then placed it on top using some foam squares. Lastly I added my sentiment.
